Abena Amankwah is the Founder and CEO of Asabea Consultancy, an organisation supporting business growth through Human Capital Development. Abena has a passion to see businesses and individuals grow and reach their potential because ‘You Matter.’
There is potential within Human Capital that is untapped and not released to benefit the growth in businesses. Most companies are losing out on Human Capital talent as they are unsure how to tap into the potential within their talent pool. Asabea is the Ashanti word meaning ‘a healing place’.
The consultancy looks at HR holistically and not just as a function within the business, but to partner with clients to reach their potential through Human Capital investment and wholeness, believing that when your people thrive, your business thrives.
